Cancellation PolicyThere is a minimum $350 reservation/security/cleaning deposit required to reserve a home.This deposit is your reservation deposit up to your arrival time, at arrival it becomes your security/cleaning deposit. When departing the property and home must be clean! Cancellation at anytime is an automatic loss of 50% of any and all funds already paid. The balance of which is subject to re-renting of the unit. If you stay for your scheduled time the $350 is fully refundable, subject to condition of property and contents at departure. If you have any questions please call or email.
